PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the cause of sales being lower than expected, at a minimum cost.

SOLUTION: A composite machine 15 detects the number of passers near a store, the number of persons who enter the store, and the number of persons who purchase merchandise in the store, based on image data photographed by first to third photographing devices 11-14, and tabulates the detected number of persons according to the predetermined time units.
