<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce trouble when a resident applicant observes a rental property while granting desire of the resident applicant as thoroughly as possible by using a rental information site provided on a communication line such as the Internet, and to dissolve a vacant room of the rental property as thoroughly as possible. <P>SOLUTION: This system is a system for supporting a contract of the rental property by use of the rental information site provided on the communication line such as the Internet.
