<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker capable of reducing a chance of absorbing oily smoke, dust in the air or the like and of restraining breakage or the like of a component of an inverter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling fan 19 is allowed to inspire and exhaust air, and so structured as to execute cooling by an inspiration method until a heating set temperature to be used is reached and to be changed over to cooling by an exhaust method after the heating set temperature. Thereby, until a heating set temperature T°C, in particular, an oil temperature set in fry cooking is reached, cooling is executed by the inspiration method because firepower is large, and cooling is changed over to the exhaust method because the firepower is automatically reduced when the set oil temperature is reached, whereby a chance of absorbing oily smoke or the like generated in actually cooking can be reduced, and the breakage of components caused by the insulation deterioration of the inverter circuit 17, the breakage of the inverter circuit 17, firing and smoke generation can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
