PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular heat exchanger enhancing heat transfer performance of water tubes and strength of the water tubes, and simplifying a structure of a tubing part having a plurality of water tubes, and a structure of a junction joining the tubing part to header parts. SOLUTION: The tubular heat exchanger has the tubing part 3 having a plurality of water tubes 4, and the header parts 2, 5 connected to both ends of the tubing part 3. The tubing part 3 and the header parts 2, 5 are integrally cast as a casting made of stainless steel by a lost wax casting method. In an interior of a water tube 4 of at least one part of the plurality of water tubes, a reinforcement rib 8 is integrally formed with a fin 12 for heat exchange in an outer face side of the water tube 4.
