PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric flow rate control valve provided with an electric motor provided with a sleeve for sealing between a stator coil and a rotor to ensure sufficient rotation torque inexpensively. SOLUTION: A thin-walled part 62 having smaller thickness than that of the other parts is formed in a part opposing to the stator coil 15 of a non-magnetic sleeve main body 61 in this electric flow rate control valve. That is, since a section affecting a magnetic gap of the sleeve 25 has a thin-walled shape partially, size of the magnetic gap can be reduced, and sufficient rotation torque of a stepping motor can be ensured. On the other hand, compressive strength in parts except the thin-walled part 62 can be sufficiently ensured. Concerning compressive strength in the thin-walled part 62, there is no problem because it is supplemented by a bobbin 22 abutted on its just outer side.
