PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide double tube-type pipe excavation equipment which can surely prevent cave-in in a road and the like by controlling the intake amount of sediment to a certain one without reference to the type of soil. SOLUTION: In this double tube-type pipe excavation equipment, a first pinch valve (200) is provided on the leading end side of the inner wall surface of a casing rod (120), a second pinch valve (210) is provided in the rear of the pinch valve (200), and the first and second pinch valves are opened and closed by using control means (220 and 221). In excavation, the first pinch valve is opened, the second pinch valve is closed, the certain amount of excavated sediment and the like is taken into the casing rod, after that, the first pinch valve is closed, the second pinch valve is opened, and soil is removed in the rear of the taken-in excavated sediment and the like.
