PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition for simultaneously bleaching and dyeing a keratin fiber, especially a human keratin fiber including hair, capable of being especially suitably used for dark hair, capable of being easily used, and capable of rapidly bringing about coloration with a chromatic color. SOLUTION: This composition for simultaneously bleaching and dyeing the keratin fiber contains at least one dye selected from anionic and nonionic dyes, at least one inert organic liquid, at least one peroxide salt, and at least one alkaline agent.
