PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of a skin cosmetic treatment, capable of dealing with the changes of state of the skin based on the rhythm of life of a subject for formulation more finely. SOLUTION: This cosmetic containing≥1 kind selected from an orchid extract, an okura extract and soybean milk as substances having the activities for increasing the water content of horny layer as essential ingredients, and further containing a substance having an epidermal cell proliferation-accelerating activity and a substance having an epidermis cornification-acceleration activity is formulated for the skin in an appropriate period meeting with the rhythm of a living body.
