PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel check valve which does not get caught in a periphery of a mounting hole of a fuel tank when it is mounted to the fuel tank to improve work efficiency of assembling of a valve element. SOLUTION: The fuel check valve 10 comprises: a mounting member 30 inserted and attached to the fuel tank from the outside of the mounting hole of the fuel tank; a tubular body 50 installed to the mounting member 30; the valve element 70 mounted to be capable of opened/closed through a bearing part 62 disposed to a circumferential fringe of a fuel outlet port 60 of the tubular body 50 so that it is urged in its closing direction with a spring 80. The valve element 70 has: a spindle 73 supported to be perpendicular to a radial direction of the valve element 70 through an arm 72 and fit in the bearing part 62 to rotatably support the valve element 70; and a spring installation shaft 74 supported to be in parallel with the spindle 73 through the arm 72 and to be eccentric in a center direction of the valve element 70 with respect to the spindle.
