PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problematic trouble such as the damage of papers due to jutting out the upper side edges of the papers beyond a paper cover during their use because the upper side edge of a cover and the papers are put in the nearly same position in the conventional paper cover or the results of no firm pinching of the papers by a clip this time due to no clip enters beyond the upper side edge of the cover by fixing the papers at a position a little below the upper end of the cover under the scheme of no development of the damage of the upper end sides of the papers and the result of easily coming of the fixed papers off the paper cover. SOLUTION: In the paper cover having the front cover, the rear cover and a back part of a back cover connecting together both the covers, a clip-holding notch for putting the clip therein is provided at the upper side edge part of the front cover or the rear cover.
