MIXED SOLUTION

Disclosed is a mixed solution which can increase the size of a carbon-containing particle and makes it possible to collect the size-increased carbon-containing particle and provide the discharged carbon-containing particle as a recyclable material. A mixed solution comprising 0.01 to 1 wt% of a lipophilic component produced by the extraction from a plant and 20 to 25 wt% of a hydrophilic component produced by the extraction from a plant. By using the mixed solution, the particle size of a carbon-containing particle can be increased and the particle can be collected readily. Further, the collected particle can be purified in a short time. The resulting carbon-containing mixture can be recycled for use as a raw material for a tire, an electrode, a fullerene or a carbon nanotube.
