In order to keep the magnetresonance device at a minimal size several images of several layers (21,22,23) of the body of the patient (20) have to be created and combined at a later stage. When planning the examination the position of the first image and the parameters used for its evaluation have to be determined at first. The position of the second image and its parameters are also determined. A determination of the dependent parameters is performed and those parameters used for the evaluation of further images. An independent claim is given for a magnetrosonance device.
