The device has a retainer (10) for holding the mine mass (KM), an outlet for discharging and spreading the mine mass, a rotating portion (20) connected to the retainer for telescopic motion of the retainer, and a rotation mechanism (40) for pushing the mine mass in the retainer in axial direction. The retainer is inserted into a schooner part (30) which is formed with a closed end and has an outlet at the other end. The retainer has a coupling unit which is connected in swiveling manner to the counter coupling section of the rotating portion for extending the length of the retainer.
