Provided is a cement composition for tires, which has good adhesive power, improves external appearance quality, hardly taints color lines even upon overcoating because carbon black is not contained, and thus is suitable for coating tire treads. The cement composition for tires comprises 5.5-7.0wt% of a binder consisting of natural rubber and synthetic rubber in a weight ratio of 10-30:90-70, 1.5-3.0wt% of resin, 0.3-0.7wt% of a vulcanization agent, 0.3-0.7wt% of a vulcanization accelerator, and 80-93wt% of solvent. The synthetic rubber is emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber. The resin is alkylphenol-formaldehyde-based resin. The solvent is carbonaceous solvent or refined heavy naphtha. |
