Provided is a curable resin composition, which is superior in scratch resistance, coatability, and durability, has low refraction index, and is useful as anti-reflective film. The curable resin composition comprises (A) 20-95 parts by mass of a fluorinated polymer containing ethylenically unsaturated groups and (B) 5-80 parts by mass of inorganic fluoride particles when the sum of the fluorinated polymer(A) and the inorganic fluoride particles(B) is 100 parts by mass. The fluorinated polymer(A) containing ethylenically unsaturated groups is obtained by reacting a compound having one isocyanate group and at least one ethylenically unsaturated group with a fluorinated polymer containing hydroxyl groups. The inorganic fluoride particles(B) are particles comprising an inorganic fluoride having an refraction index less than 1.45 at the wavelength of 589nm.
