A motor is provided to improve efficiency and assembly of a motor by inserting and ejecting an integrated core and a connection unit. A motor includes a driving shaft(10), a housing(101), a core, and a sensing magnet(100). The driving shaft(100) transfers a rotation force of the motor to an external apparatus. The housing(101) is inserted and ejected to have a connection unit which is assembled to an end of the driving shaft(10). The sensing magnet(100) is formed to be a cylindrical shape. The sensing magnet(100) has a core which is operated to be a core when the housing(101) is inserted and ejected. The core has a fixing unit which fixes the housing(101). The sensing magnet(100) measures a speed of the motor. The fixing unit includes at least one fixing hole formed on a plane of the core, a shaft hole formed on a center unit of the core, and at least one fixing groove formed on the shaft hole so that a part of a circumference is dug into a radial shape.
