An anchor with high tension is provided to elevate binding efficiency of the sleeve by precluding the bolt member from being rotated when the nut is rotated and by deeply inserting the sleeve in the extension part. An anchor(1) with high tension comprises a bolt member(4) having an extension part(2) formed with a longitudinal groove(3) at one side and having a spiral part at the other side; a bent part(6) engaged with the groove of the extension part; a sleeve(5) having at least two cut parts(7); and a bolt-type nut(8) combined with the spiral part of the bolt member to closely fix the sleeve to the extension part. The spiral part of the bolt member is combined with 30~70% of the length of the whole female thread of the bolt-type nut when combined with the bolt-type nut.
