An opening and closing apparatus for a small camera device is provided to open the opening part of the camera device only when the opening and closing apparatus uses an image photographing function and close the opening part when the opening and closing apparatus does not use the image photographing function, thereby preventing a foreign substance from being passed into the camera device. An opening and closing apparatus for a small camera device comprises the followings: a hollow frame(10) which is fixed to the edge of the opening part of the camera device; a blocking plate(20) which is installed in the center area of the hollow frame(10), and in which the first opening(22) is formed to open the opening part; a winding coil(40); a control unit; a driving plate(60) which is rotatably installed in the hollow frame(10) in a parallel direction with the blocking plate(20), and in which the second opening(62) is formed to match the first opening(22); the first magnet(42) and the second magnet(44) which are fixed in a state spaced from the driving plate(60) as much as a predetermined distance so as to be placed within the electric field of the winding coil(40) in a state crossed to each other and whose surface polarity toward the winding coil(40) is formed to be contrary to each other; and a blade(80) which is axis-supported to the blocking plate(20), and opens and closes the first opening(22) by being touched to the driving plate(60) and being rotated by rotation of the driving plate(60).
