A system and a method for managing the online human network to promote multi-facial relation establishment are provided to promote initial users having relatively small relations as well as the users having lots of relations to safely and efficiently construct the online human network by searching/presenting the information needed for forming the new relation from present correlations and potential paths. A user database(12) stores personal information of the users. A relation information database(14) stores the correlation set between the users and a relation level index reflecting reliability among the users having the correlation. A search server(20) evaluates more than one virtual path according to the relation level index reflected to each link on the virtual path by searching more than one virtual path not present between the first and second user in the human network which is formed by using each user as a node and using the correlation among the users as a link, and selectively provides an evaluation result to the first user.
