An operational input receiving section (201) receives an operational input toward a virtual vehicle. A traveling condition managing section (203) manages a traveling condition of the virtual vehicle based on the received operational input. An image producing section (204) produces, based on stored image information and the managed moving condition, a view field image with the mobile body as the standard. A speed calculating section (205) calculates the speed of the mobile body based on the managed moving condition. A deformed-image producing section (206) extracts, from the produced view field image, an image of a rectangular region based on the speed, and produces a deformed image, an image deformed into a trapezoidal shape.
