An electrophotographic image formation device having SOC(silicon overcoating) layer is provided to exhibit improved properties such as image quality of photo-receptor even under high moisture condition by preparing the SOC layer with cross-linked polysiloxane composition containing perfluoropolyether segment. The electrophotographic image formation device has SOC layer(18) including cross-linked polysiloxane composition containing perfluoropolyether segment. The image formation process includes the steps of: generating a latent static image on the electrophotographic image formation device(10); developing the latent image; and transferring the developed static image on a substrate(12). The polysiloxane composition is a product of SOC composite by hydrolysis and condensation processes, which comprises perfluoropolyether compound, aromatic silicon-containing compound and silicon-containing hole transportation compound.
