A panel for both in-corner and out-corner parts of a concrete structure and a mold system using the same are provided to improve the removing performance of the mold and minimize the breakdown of the mold by dividing the mold of the corner part into two members. A panel for both in-corner and out-corner parts of a concrete structure comprises a first member(10) composed of square-shaped first front plates(11) and first side combining members(12,13,14,15) installed at four edges of the first front plates and provided with plural combining holes(12a,13a,14a,15a) to be combined with neighboring unit panels; and a second member(20) composed of square-shaped second front plates(21) and second side combining members(22,23,24,25) installed at four edges of the second front plates and provided with plural combining holes(22a,23a,24a,25a) to be combined with neighboring unit panels. At least one of the corresponded first and second side combining members is fixed to have 45‹(alpha) for the first and second front plates.
