A barge for treating sea wastes is provided to immediately crush, extrude, and incinerate sea wastes by driving on the sea and collecting the sea wastes, to thereby reduce volume of wastes, to make the sea clean by treating the sea wastes or recycling resources, and to save the time/space for treating the sea wastes. A barge(10) for treating sea wastes comprises a treating unit(20) and a waste loading unit(26) separating collected sea wastes; a crushing unit(30) breaking the separated sea wastes; an extruding unit(34) extruding the debris broken at the crushing unit; an extrusion loading unit(36) accumulating the extruded debris; a grinding unit pulverizing the separated sea wastes; a powder loading unit(46) loading the powder grinded by the grinding unit; a power generating unit(50) having a dynamo(52) supplying power to drive the crushing unit and the grinding unit; a footstep(12) used in putting the barge ashore; and a tool box(56).
