An H-section steel having a corrugated reinforcing rib is provided to improve the durability of the H-section steel by extending the load-applied area and dispersing the load by mounting the area-extended corrugated reinforcing rib. An H-section steel(3) having a corrugated reinforcing rib is composed of a corrugated reinforcing rib(2) integrally formed between upper and lower plates(1,1'). The H-section steel with the curved reinforcing rob more extends the load-applied area through the area-extended corrugated reinforcing rib than a normal reinforcing rib formed at the former H-section steel.
