Drying system

A drying system comprises an enclosure 41 with a hydrophobic inner surface 24 comprising and primary wall 42 and a secondary wall 12. The primary and secondary walls defining an air channel with condensing surfaces. At least one blower 30 is coupled to said primary enclosure either blowing air into said enclosure or sucking air out. The blower 30 is activated by a control device such that misted air within said enclosure is blown through a drain opening 32 and flows along and condenses on said condensing surfaces. A collector 25 is positioned at a base of said air channel such that condensed water may descend into said collector for removal from the drying system.
