A steering wheel damper is provided to enhance durability of the product by an improved rubber connection system, and also enhance productivity by simplifying the whole manufacture process. A steering wheel damper comprises a plate(21), a mass(22), a plurality of rubber columns(23), a plurality of plate through-holes, and a plurality of mass through-holes. The plate is mounted to a predetermined position of a steering wheel. The mass has predetermined weight. The rubber columns are disposed between the plate and the mass so that the mass can be supported at a distance from the plate. The rubber columns are inserted in the plate through-holes and the mass through-holes by press fit. The mass is supported on the plate by the rubber columns while the plate is movable by the rubber columns. The rubber column includes, at both ends, connection parts which are reduced in diameter for insertion in the through-holes, and insertion parts having a conical form for easy insertion in the through-holes. Maximum diameter of the insertion parts is greater than the diameter of the connection parts, so that the plate and the mass can be prevented from escaping.
