A reflective sheet is provided to improve reflectivity by uniformly forming a plurality of fine foams and to secure excellent weather resistance. The reflective sheet is composed of a base layer made of polypropylene resin used as base resin and provided with fine foams with a mean particle diameter below 50 micrometers and an ultraviolet ray blocking layer formed on one or both surfaces of the base layer. The ultraviolet ray blocking layer contains photocurable resin, a photo-initiator, and a light stabilizer at the rate of 100:2~10:0.1~2.0. The photo-curable resin is one of urethane acrylate, urethane methacrylate, epoxy acrylate, epoxy novolac acrylate, polyester acrylate, and polybutadiene acrylate.
