<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a manufacturing apparatus for a curved laminated plate and to reduce the number of processes. <P>SOLUTION: One end edge part of an inside plate 12 is fixed to the curved surface 21 of a fixing fixture 20 by a plate material fixing means and a pressure roller 30 is pressed to the pressed one end edge part of the inside plate to curve the inside plate along the curved surface of the fixing fixture while tumbling the surface of the inside plate. When the pressure roller reaches the other end edge part of the inside plate, the other end edge part is fixed to the curved surface of the fixing fixture by the plate material fixing means and a core material 13 with an outside plate having an outside plate 11 bonded to one surface thereof and having an adhesive applied to the other surface thereof is prepared and the adhesive surface of one end edge part of the core material is superposed on the surface of one end edge part of the inside plate fixed to the fixing fixture and one end edge part of the core material is bonded and fixed to one end edge part of the inside plate. The pressure roller for pressing the core material to the surface of the inside plate fixed to the fixing jig is moved toward the other end edge part of the core material to bond both of them and the plate material fixing means of both end edge parts of the inside plate is detached to complete the curved laminated plate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
