<p>PURPOSE: To develop a functional paper consisting essentially of org. natural materials having excellent hygroscopic and moisture releasing functions and capable of effectively adjusting moisture environment. CONSTITUTION: The humidity conditioning paper compounded with the fine powder of the feather is produced by using the fine powder of the feather and fiber compsn. as essential components and subjecting these components to a bonding treatment, such as wet paper making. The fine powder of the feather having active points of high density to moisture is uniformly and widely distributed within the fiber compsn. by the form occurring in the feather, such as internal hollow structure and, therefore, the effective control of the moisture environment is made possible. The functional paper of the org. natural material system is provided by effectively utilizing the feather brought for discarding disposition and in addition, the functional paper has warmth. Impartation of the natural hand specific to the feather having the good touch to skin is made possible to the paper and the paper which is light, is easy to handle and is highly convenient is thus obtd.</p> |
