A dual-type jar kettle is provided to cook various and a large quantity of rice by installing a kettle body having an inner kettle made of earth and an outer kettle formed with plural spacers. A dual-type jar kettle comprises: a kettle body(30) containing an inner kettle(35) made of earth, wherein rice and water are put to prepare food, and an outer kettle(31) made of earth to have a size enough to insert the inner kettle and formed in the inner surface with plural spacers(31b) to be separated from the inner kettle with a predetermined interval; and a cover(40) for covering the upper part of the kettle body. At least one cooking space is formed by forming a partition at the inner kettle. Water is communicated between the cooking spaces by forming plural penetration holes at the partition. |
