A hybrid induction motor is provided to prevent idling of a bearing Installed to a bearing seat, by using an anti-idling device, thereby reducing operation noise. A hybrid induction motor includes a stator, a rotor, a rotation shaft transmitting rotation force to the rotor, a bracket(150), and a permanent rotator rotated by rotary magnetic field generated by the stator between the rotor and the stator to rotate the rotor. The bracket forms an appearance of the motor to protect the motor, and has a bearing seat(152) supporting a bearing(151) receiving the rotation shaft. An anti-idling device(153) for the bearing is installed to the bearing seat to prevent idling of the bearing.
