A peptaibol fraction isolated from an extract of Apiocrea sp. 14T is provided to have interleukin-10 production promoting activity in vivo, thereby being applied as an immunosuppressive drug, anti-inflammatory agent, anti-allergic agent, arthritis treating agent, asthma treating agent, allergic rhinitis treating agent, or psoriasis treating agent. The agent for promoting interleukin-10 production comprises a peptaibol fraction isolated from an extract of Apiocrea sp. 14T(deposition number of KCTC 8921P) as an effective ingredient. The immunosuppressive drug, anti-inflammatory agent, anti-allergic agent or psoriasis treating agent comprise the peptaibol fraction. To promote the interleukin-10 production, an effective amount of the peptaibol fraction is administered to mammals.
