<p>A gas burner and radiator assembly (9) for a tunnel oven comprises a gas burner (10) for a tunnel oven and a radiator flap (16), at least a portion of the radiator flap being of metal or metal alloy, and being so arranged that, in operation in the oven, the said portion of the radiator flap extends adjacent to the burner and, when the burner is alight and in normal operation in the oven, the visible part of a flame from the burner impinges on the said portion of the radiator flap. <IMAGE></p> |
