A method for manufacturing a filler for a sandwich panel containing a flame retardant is provided to reduce the number of processes by completing a flame retardant injection process only through vacuum adsorption of the filler. A method for manufacturing a filler for a sandwich panel containing a flame retardant, comprises a step(S10) of transferring the filler for the sandwich panel, and coating one surface of the filler with a flame retardant; a step(S20) of vacuum adsorbing the other surface of the filler so that the flame retardant is absorbed into the filler; a step(S30) of washing the surface of the filler; and a step(S40) of drying the filler.
