<p>The griddle has a container of a metallic nature, where an inside of the container is coated with a thermal-wave reflector plate. A glass-ceramic plate (1) includes a top surface (S) on which a peripheral groove (4) is defined. The plate (1) is fitted with a slight slope and with an opening located in a lowest part of the groove, where a sauce-collector tray is adapted to be removable from the plate and the container. The plate (1) and the container are superimposed on a perimeter of the griddle, and are secured together using an adhesive component e.g. silicone.</p> |
