An electric heating unit is provided to improve the transporting and storing performance of the food vessels, and elevate the value of commercial products by mounting the rectangular-shaped transporting cart with plural casters at the lower end. An electric heating unit(100) comprises: at least one food vessel storage space(20) arranged in a body(10); a rotating opening and closing door(30) installed at the front of an inlet part arranged at the front of the storage space; a triangle-shaped guide bar(40) whose front end is contacted with an outer floor surface(G) and upper part of the rear end is contacted with an inner floor surface(B) of the storage space, and fixed at the front of the lower part of the inlet part of the storage space; and a rectangular-shaped transporting cart(50) installed to load plural food vessels(60) through plural loading guides(51) longitudinally arranged at both inner sides, mounted with plural casters(52) at the lower end, and freely installed in the storage space. A display panel(70) is arrange at one side of the front upper side of the body, and an operating switch(80) is installed at one side of the display panel.
