<p>Cosmetic composition of make up and/or care comprising an organized amphiphilic lipid phase in lamellate/cubic liquid crystal phase, comprises a urea compound (I) or its salts, solvates and isomers and a quaternary ammonium polymeric salt. Cosmetic composition for make up and/or care comprising an organized amphiphilic lipidic phase in lamellate/cubic liquid crystal phase, comprises a urea compound (I) of formula (R 1R 2N-CO-NR 3R 4) or its salts, solvates or isomers. R 1-R 4H, 1-4C alkyl or 2-6C hydroxy alkyl (containing 1-5 OH). Provided that at least one of R 1-R 4is hydroxyalkyl. Independent claims are included for: (1) a cosmetic treatment of a keratinous tissue, comprising applying the composition to the keratinous tissue; and (2) a cosmetic process of make-up of the skin, comprising applying the composition on the skin.</p> |
