<p>When an output shaft (A4) of a transmission can be locked ("YES" in S102), shifting gears are engaged in both of shifting mechanisms (S106,S122,S108), and each of clutches (C1,C2) of rotational mechanisms is engaged (S114). Accordingly, gears whose gear ratios are different from each other are coupled with each other via the two clutches (C1,C2). Therefore, the gears cannot rotate, and, in accordance with this, the output shaft of the transmission cannot rotate. Thus, it is possible to lock the output shaft so as to fix wheels by engaging the shifting gear, without providing a lock mechanism, in a twin clutch type transmission. In addition, the gear engagement can be used as it is at the start of running depending on a type of the engaged gear, which makes the control for starting from a standstill easier.
