<p>A method for reducing visible dust by carrying out the nitrogen purge operation by a bleeder during operation and carrying out the steam purge operation by the bleeder one day before stopping blowing of blast into the blast furnace is provided. In a method for stopping blowing of blast into a blast furnace, comprising a step(S210) of performing preparation operation of stopping blowing of blast into the blast furnace, a step(S220) of reducing the volume of blast blown into the blast furnace, a step(S230) of reducing the pressure of blast blown into the blast furnace, and a step(S240) of cutting of the gas blown into the blast furnace, a method for reducing visible dust generated when stopping blowing of blast into a blast furnace comprises: performing preparation operation of stopping blowing of blast into the blast furnace by performing a step of performing nitrogen purge by a bleeder during operation and a step of performing steam purge by the bleeder one day before stopping blowing of blast into the blast furnace; cutting off oxygen and grained coal respectively before starting reducing the volume of blast blown into the blast furnace; and skipping steam purge in the step of stopping reducing the volume of blast blown into the blast furnace.</p> |
