Provided is a method for manufacturing antistatic brightness-enhancement film, wherein the produced film prevents adhesion of foreign substances caused by static electricity, has improved brightness, and is manufactured in a thin-film form. The method for manufacturing antistatic brightness-enhancement film comprises the steps of: (a) mixing an antistatic coating layer composition with a dispersing agent to obtain a solution and coating a brightness-enhancement film(100) with the solution using an inline coating method to form an antistatic coating layer(200), wherein the antistatic coating layer composition consists of a thermosetting resin, 0.5-30wt% of an antistatic agent containing at least one selected from the group consisting of conductive polymer, metallic particles, and inorganic oxide, 0.1-15wt% of a hardener, and 0.1-3wt% of a leveling agent based on 100wt% of the antistatic coating layer composition; (b) drying the antistatic coating layer(200) at 45-75‹C for 45-70seconds; and (c) subjecting the antistatic coating layer(200) to heat curing at 70-140‹C for 30 seconds to 15 minutes.
