A broadcasting recording apparatus is provided to enable a controller to control operation of an OSD generating unit so as to provide a reservation recording setting menu, therefore a user can easily set reservation recording of a desired broadcasting program. A broadcasting recording apparatus(100) comprises the followings: a tuner(10); a recording unit(20) which converts received broadcasting signal into a suitable format and records the converted broadcasting signal in a recording medium(30); the recording medium(30); an OSD(On Screen Display) generating unit(40) which generates a reservation recording setting menu for simultaneously providing all items included in a corresponding item on at least one or more items of plural items related with reservation recording; a controller(50) which controls the recording unit(20) so as to record the received broadcasting signal in the recording medium(30), and controls the OSD generating unit(40) so as to generate the reservation recording setting menu according to a command of a user; and a memory(60).
