An artificial bait in the shape of an earthworm and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to replace live earthworm whose supply amount is reduced due to environmental pollution and prevent collection of earthworm basically. The artificial bait in the shape of an earthworm includes a hollow portion(14) and filling portions(12). The inside of the hollow portion(14) is hollow in a longitudinal direction in a predetermined depth. The filling portion(12) is formed on the outer side of the hollow portion(14) in a predetermined thickness. Glycerine is filled into the hollow portion(14). The shape of the section of the filling portion(12) is round or oval. In the artificial bait, 10-30 part by weight of krill shrimp and 5-10 part by weight of fish powder are mixed based on rice powder.
