A pick-up system for a printed circuit board is provided to adjust a gap of vacuum chuck simply when a center gap of receipt portion of boat is varied according to a size or kind of the boat. In a pick-up system for a printed circuit board consisting of a transporting unit(30) and a plurality of vacuum chucks(11), a plurality of chuck holders(10), on which the vacuum chucks(11) is mounted, comprises a cam follow(14) at one side respectively. A movable bracket(20) moving to the transporting unit(30) straightly includes a cam groove(21) which makes a gap of each vacuum chuck(11) equivalent by guiding the cam follow(14) of each chuck holder(10). A driving member drives the movable bracket(20) with a straight reciprocating motion. A straight guide member guides the chuck holder(10) to move in a gap adjusting direction straightly.
