A soft foam mold is provided to effectively discharge gas generated from a foam molding process of soft foam, and prevent a sponge from being attached to an upper mold and a lower mold after release. A soft foam mold(1) comprises an upper mold(10) and a lower mold(20) assembled with each other. The upper mold has an upper joint surface(12) with a circumference coated with a heat resistant resin. The lower mold has a lower joint surface(22) with a circumference attached with films by the interval of 50 to 70mm. Each film has a width of 15 to 18mm and a thickness of 0.1 to 0.2mm.
