A level measurement device of molten steel and slag in tundish, which can measure levels of molten steel and slag contained in the tundish in a safe, accurate and simple manner, is provided. A level measurement device of molten steel and slag in tundish comprises: a supporting member(10) installed on an upper cover of the tundish; a slag level measuring member(20) which is mounted on the supporting member such that the slag level measuring member is movable up and down, and which has a first float(22) formed on a lower portion thereof, wherein material and size of the first float are set up such that the first float can be floated on an upper portion of slag; a molten steel level measuring member(30) which is mounted on the slag level measuring member such that the molten steel level measuring member is movable up and down, and which has a second float(32) formed on a lower portion thereof, wherein material and size of the second float are set up such that the second float can be floated on an upper portion of molten steel; and level indication means for grasping levels of slag and molten steel by positions of the slag level measuring member and the molten steel level measuring member.
