An antidote is provided to show similar detoxicating effect to conventional antidotes and show excellent effect on alleviating hand and foot spasm, polydipsia, vomiting, jaundice, and nausea. The antidote comprises a powder obtained from an extract of a mixture consisting of 8-12 wt.% of Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix, 9-14 wt.% of Euphorbia pekinensis, 8-12 wt.% of Euphorbia lathyris, 3- wt.% of Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 2-6 wt.% of Cnidium officinale, 3-7 wt.% of Rehmannia glutinosa, 2-6 wt.% of Hovenia dulcis var. koreana, and 8-12 wt.% of Imperatae rhizoma, 22-28 wt. of ginseng powder, and 7-8 wt.% of Zizyphi spinosi Semen powder.
