A DIY removable/reusable non-chemical highlights and hair extensions are provided to highlight hair or enable longer and thicker hair with a relatively simple and economical method at a reasonable manufacturing cost. The hair extension includes a large amount of natural or artificial hair strings(12), a polyurethane base, right and left fixing wings(16) and a removable lining material. In the natural or artificial hair strings(12) which are arranged in parallel, the hair strings are arranged on a first attachment end and a second attachment end. The polyurethane base has a middle portion on which the first attachment end of the natural or artificial hair strings are fixed. The fixing wings(16) extend from the polyurethane base. The lining material is attached to a polyurethane support unit and fixing wings.
