A case plate for an electronic device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a separation of a print layer by covering an inner side through a coating transferred to a resin layer instead of a base film. An ultraviolet coating layer(140) is formed on a base film(10), and a hot melt layer(160) is formed on the ultraviolet coating layer in a pattern corresponding to a print pattern. An ink pattern layer(130) is formed on the hot melt layer with print ink, and then is dried. A binder layer(120) is formed on the entire surface of the ultraviolet coating layer to cover the ink pattern layer. The base film is formed in a predetermined shape, and the formed base film is cut. A resin layer is formed on the entire surface of the binder layer so that the print layer is transferred to the resin layer.
