A method for preparing a Rubus Coreanus wine is provided to be able to obtain the Rubus Coreanus wine having taste and flavor of Rubus Coreanus from stem or leaves of the Rubus Coreanus as a main ingredient which is cheap and be easy to be stored for four seasons. To prepare a Rubus Coreanus wine, stem or leaves of Rubus Coreanus which is dried in the shade is immersed in an alcohol solution diluted to have certain percentage of alcohol in liquor and then ripened with adding sugar thereto. |
