A refrigerator having a heating and cooling storage room is provided to selectively perform a heating function and a cooling function, and open and close the heating and cooling storage room from the exterior. A refrigerator having a heating and cooling storage room includes an auxiliary door(52), a housing(54), a shielding member, a heat generating member(62). The auxiliary door is rotatably installed at one side of a storage room door. The housing is installed at a lower surface of the storage room door corresponding to a rear part of the auxiliary door to form an accommodation space. The shielding member selectively opens and closes a through-hole formed at one side wall of the housing to selectively introduce cold air. The heat generating member is installed at the accommodation space to selectively generate heat. The housing has a sensor disposed at the other wall to detect an inner temperature of the accommodation space. |
